Union Parliament, legislative procedure, parliamentary privileges, and Union Executive. Distribution of legislative powers, emergency provisions, Supreme Court jurisdiction, and basic structure doctrine

Nature, scope, and sources of international law; relation with municipal law. State recognition, nationality, diplomatic relations, law of war, and settlement of disputes. Law of the Sea, maritime zones, EEZ, and contemporary international issues
Jurisprudence – II
Legal person, rights and duties, possession and ownership. Liability (civil and criminal), justice theories, punishment theories, state and sovereignty. Law and morality, sources of law (custom, precedent, legislation), and comprehensive revision of all subjects
