Introduction to BNS 2023, General Principles of Criminal Liability, General Exceptions, Offences Against Human Body, Offences Against Women and Children, Offences Against Property, Offences Against Public Tranquility, Inchoate Offences, Punishments, Important Case Laws & University Exam Preparation.

Phase 2

Family Law – I (Hindu Law)

Sources and Schools of Hindu Law, Hindu Marriage, Restitution and Judicial Separation, Divorce, Adoption, Maintenance, Guardianship, Coparcenary and Joint Family, Succession under Hindu Law, Landmark Judgments & Examination-Oriented Discussions.

Phase 3

Constitutional Law of India – I (Nature of the Constitution and Fundamental Rights)

Historical Background, Making of the Constitution, Preamble, Union and Territory, Citizenship, Fundamental Rights, Doctrine of Reasonable Restrictions, Writ Jurisdiction, Directive Principles and Fundamental Duties, Leading Constitutional Cases.

Contract – II (Specific Contract and Law of Partnership)

Indemnity and Guarantee, Bailment and Pledge, Agency, Sale of Goods, Partnership under the Indian Partnership Act, Rights and Duties of Partners, Dissolution of Partnership, Practical Problems, Case Laws & Previous Year Questions.
